Convenient location, easy access to sightseeing spots. Safety features are on point. I loved the Italian and Japanese food at the on-site restaurants. Outdoor spa was a treat.
Oh how I missed the joy of storing my luggage for more than 3 days! So disappointing.

Great breakfast, clean and ideal hotel. New building and rooms with deluxe toiletries. Bonus point for a dining area, a seating area, and an ironing set. Marvellous location, the staff were very pleasant. Good stay, as always.

Private parking onsite provided. Silent and quiet rooms with CNN and big windows, for example. Heated pool, marvellous location near several "rentacar" shops.

Ideal hotel, we had an airy room with a great view. The room we had included a dining area, a seating area, and iron/ironing board. Location: the property was next to Hakata Station East Gate, a wonderfully helpful tourist information center, and the restaurant for breakfast. Furthermore, near several "rentacar" shops. Everything was simply excellent.

We had a lovely stay at Miyako Hotel Hakata. The location was perfect, right across from the train station and close to malls and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast options were great, with a choice between Japanese and American. The service was excellent, and the staff was accommodating to my food intolerances. The onsen inside the hotel was a wonderful addition, and we enjoyed using it. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Helpful and professional staff, everything was really good. We spent 3 nights in a nice size superior twin room with king size bed. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were provided if needed.
